All sales are final and we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your shipment, please contact us at vonnesaur(a)gmail.com with your name, order number and photo within 5 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are currently rolling out worldwide shipping. If your country isn't listed yet, please DM me. I'll prioritize adding your region so you can place your order.
When will my order arrive?
Canada: 3 - 10 business days
United States (Untracked): 10 - 15 business days
United States (Tracked): 5 - 10 business days
Everywhere else: Please allow at least 4 - 6 weeks
